Physician burnout and well-being are a hot topic, but few centers across America have really stood out among others in a visually recognizable way. When it was time to launch the MGH Center for Physician Well-being, we knew we wanted people to know who we were, what we stood for, and what we were aiming to do. We wanted people to be attracted to, recognize, and remember our work. And, we wanted our physicians to know how seriously we took their well-being. But, that’s about all we knew. When it came to designing logos and branding, we had no idea what we were doing, or what we wanted. Lo, Natalie, and their team walked us through each step of the way - from the brainstorming and design process, to fine-tuning colors and sizes, to building marketing materials. Their attention to detail, creativity, and unique approach to their work created a logo that we fell in love with, and instantly knew it was what would set us apart in our work. At our launch event, people were raving over how our swag and marketing were so impressive and really sent the message that we knew what we were doing. If it weren’t for the SipDineDesign team, we would have been lost in this process!
